Overview

Techjockey is a B2B software marketplace that helps businesses in India discover, compare and buy software. Today it lists more than 20,000 products from 300+ brands across 600+ categories, with free demos, expert consultation and verified reviews to help buyers choose.

I spent almost four years there as a UI UX and Product Designer. My work spanned the marketplace itself and the tools behind it: a product UI/UX revamp, a CRM for web and mobile, the internal design system and interactive motion graphics.

The marketplace revamp

Buying business software is a considered decision. People compare options, read reviews, book demos and often talk to an expert before they buy. The revamp worked with the product and tech teams to make that journey clearer, from search and category pages through to product pages and the enquiry that starts a sale.

The CRM

Every enquiry from the marketplace needs a quick, well-timed follow-up. The CRM is built around the next action on each lead, on web and on mobile for people working away from a desk.

The design system

I built and maintained the internal design system: tokens, components and their states, documented for engineering. The sheet below is a live rebuild in the marketplace colours, so you can press I and inspect it.
